​Biography:

 

Rick is a multi-instrumentalist, songwriter, music producer and recording engineer. He is the owner of Red Menace Studios in New York City. 

 

Rick's reputation as an artist, musician, and producer in the music industry is one of relentless hard work, professionalism, reliability, and focus. 

                  

Rick started playing guitar at the age of 13 and then moved to drums at the age of 15. He was heavily influenced to play the drums from listening to the thunder of John Bonham. His early teachers were NYC jazz great Joe Bonadio, and later in life, rock drummer Sandy Gennaro.
 

Rick has played with a number of bands such as Damn Your Eyes, ​We Are The Enemy (L.A.), Jailbreak (co-founder), Afterburn, Seeing Voices, The Street Angels, and Barefoot Walking.

These days Rick is now a solo artist, who writes, records, mixes, masters all of his own music. His latest two full LP's are Wild One (Sept. 2025) and Day In Day Out (Dec. 2025)​​​, which can be heard on all streaming devices.
